How to verify your email with an expired link

The verification email you received during sign-up is valid for 1 hour for security purposes. If it has expired, please follow the steps below instead of returning to the original confirmation email.

You can complete the process and finish your onboarding into the SeaPeople app by following these steps:

If you signed up with email

  • Tap the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen.

  • Enter the email address you previously used for registration.

  • Check your email inbox for the new reset password email and complete the process.

Hint: Start the process when you know you have time to check your email and complete onboarding.

If you signed up with Google or Apple

  • Simply tap the Google or Apple icon on the login page and log in again.

  • Complete your onboarding and profile setup.

Once these steps are completed, you’ll officially be part of the SeaPeople community!

Reminder: Do not click the original confirmation email link, as it’s no longer valid for security reasons. Instead, follow the steps above to produce a new email and get back on track.
