The Perfect Kite Spot
📍Maupiti
"We have now been stuck in Maupiti for a couple of weeks, waiting for a weather window to head back to Tahiti… Can’t complain though, it has been a great opportunity to discover the local spots. There is a perfect kite spot on the east side, with trade winds allowing you to kite back and forth along the reef between two motus. There is even a shallow sand bar to launch and have some fun ! On the west side of the lagoon, there is a huge shallow area which is awesome for wing foiling. What more to ask for…😎"

A raft up in paradise! Does it get better than this?
"24 hours of motoring from one atoll in the middle of the Pacific, to another. All worth it to get there in time for a raft up with so many new friends and fellow sea people! ♥︎

6 Day Trip Turned into a 1500nm 10 Day Trip to Tonga
📍Tonga
Not quite as planned…
"Left Mo’orea with a good forecast of 7-18kts of wind. Unfortunately the conditions rapidly deteriorated at Beveridge reef and we changed plans and decided to head directly to Tonga. We also found all of the lowest ends of the wind forecast and had some really slow sailing the entire trip. Had some nice and relaxing days and had the spinnakers up for days on end. The squalls carried basically zero wind until the last couple of days. Lost the loud speaker on the mast. Did some very active sailing."
