The 26 to start 26 SeaPeople tracking challenge

The New Year Challenge. 3 challenges in 1.

New year. New miles. New goals.

From January 1–16, log your miles on the water and see how far you take it. Start at 26 NM, unlock 10× Multipliers at 260 NM and 2,600 NM.

Same window. Same rules. Three milestones. Find your challenge within.

This is New Year: First 26 of ’26.

How It Works

Track your miles in SeaPeople between January 1 and January 16.

Miles are cumulative across all eligible trips. Short hops, day-sails, long passages, fishing trips, dinghy adventures, or anything in between, if it’s tracked in SeaPeople, it counts.

The milestones:

  • 26 NM – Your first mark of the year - 🙌 Nice way to start the year!

  • 260 NM – 10× Multiplier Unlocked - 🤝 Wow! Big moves old salt.

  • 2,600 NM – 10× the 10x Unlock - 🤯 Ok Legend. That's insane.

Tagging Your Trips (Optional, but Better)

Trips do not need to be tagged to the challenge to count.

BUT!!! That said, tagging your trips:

  • Gets them into the challenge feed

  • Helps you connect with boaters nearby

  • Increases your chances of being featured in-app, on SeaPeople social, or in email highlights

Tagging turns miles into real community moments. Do it. 😉
